It's me from Malaysia!

Thursday, Dec. 09, 2004, 12:54 p.m.

I'm sitting in the Skinesthics HQ office on the 4th floor of the Twin Toweres KLCC Suria shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur, bored.

I came here on Monday by 5 hour coach, wait, correction, 7 hour coach thanks to the delays at the checkpoint. Is it tiring? Well, for one thing, I get to sleep on the bus, so what's there to be tired of? In fact, I'm more energetic after the trip! :p Anyway, I was actually kinda surprised to meet ZhengYu at the 2nd Link checkpoint on Monday morning. Turns out that he's having Church camp at Malacca. Waitaminute... church camp?? Doesn't that mean Ethel's there too? Indeed... Saw her walk past my bus twice throughout the trip. Our bus even stopped at the same "pit stop" a few hours later, except theirs came a bit late, so by the time they arrive, my bus was about to leave, so I didn't go find them...

Anyway, so what was I doing in KL? Well, my dad's company (SkinEsthics) need some help in coming up with a program, so there I was. Then I got to meet this guy, James, who was a total techie!! A real one!! He says he's the top programmer in Malaysia, and I can't help but agree. Thanks to him, I found the software I needed for my Media Center at home!

I stayed at my dad's one room apartment there. It was like a hotel room, plus a small kitchen. Except you don't pay hotel fees. It's his home, or sort of. So that's how I found out where he stays when he works in KL.

Today, the company's other boss (my dad is actually refered to as "Boss" around here O_O) gave me a huge sum of money for helping them! I'm like... O_O again!! Woah... no worries for my phone bill for the next few months!! Praise the Lord!! :D Haha... will probably buy the "Piano for Dummies" book at Kinokunniya (Hope it's spelled correctly) later with some of the money :D That's right, for dummies... like me :p

Catch ya in Singapore! Leaving at 2:30pm from KL later...
