O levels in 2 weeks, and stress is catching up. These days, lessons start at 7.10 am, and end at about 3 everyday. An hour and 40 minutes of English per day, followed by "intensive" lessons. Honestly, the only lessons I pay attention in are Chemistry, Chinese, perhaps a little English and a little Social Studies. Mathematics is totally ridiculus. I spent it most of the time doing my other subjects, usually Chemistry or English. I'm really tired of studying in school. Well, what a way to spent my last week as a Catholic High boy.
Frankly, I'm having mixed feelings now. Just like during my Chinese Os, I'm not getting very nervous, and you don't find me mugging like crazy these days. Sigh. I just can't seem to study as much as I try. I'm going to physically lock up my computer soon this week until my Os are over. "What do you mean physically?" Well, I asked my dad to lock up my computer, and in the end, I still used it at night because I know how to unlock it. Sigh. I know, I know, I don't have Bin's self discipline...
Anyway, last last Sunday, I realised that Doris' brother was actually Alvin, my senior from the IT Society!! And he wasn't ANY senior! He was my President when I was in Sec 1!! Like WOAH. I mean, I've been going to church with her for, what? At least a month? And I didn't even have a clue!! You have to admit it, Singapore's just small. Hey, that's a good thing, okay? Haha.
I was reading some iPod news just now, and there's some really cool news these few days! First of all, the iPod has just gained 82% of the US market share!! I mean, I know that the iPod has at least 50% of the market share, but 82%?? Woah. I guess that slogan (Phase 1 of world domination) that guy engraved on his iPod wasn't just a joke!! (Check out iPod engravings at http://www.ipodlaughs.com) Oh, and it's been rumoured that the Photo iPod is coming out soon! About time, if I may say so. Then again, a little too soon, don't you think? I mean, the 4G iPod's just been released! Ah well. I'm sticking to my 3G iPod no matter what.
Speaking of iPods, my sister actually bought the iPod mini!! Not only does she have enough money to pay $200 for my iPod, she has enough to buy herself one! Damn. Nevermind. At the end of the year, I'm going to make sure I'll have more than her! Hah! She bought a blue iPod mini. I got myself an iPod remote and headset package on the same day, and I'm now saving money to get the iTalk voice recorder attachment for my iPod, which costs at more than 45% off at SimLim!! Hopefully its still there by the time I'm done saving.
Anyway, that's all I've got to say. This Friday, after the farewell assmebly, I'm going to be officially no longer a Catholic High student. *sniff sniff* I don't care what other people say, but I loved my four years there.
